What a Difference a Year Makes? Well actually 5 months with SureSlim, Upminster. After the birth of my son in 2003 I lost most of the weight I'd gained whilst pregnant, but it didn't stay off.My previous and current job involves lots of being on the road and all different hours, whilst fitting in with a child. Many days I'd skip breakfast and/or lunch, I thought it was fine, maybe lunch would be at 4 or 5pm, maybe it would be bag of crisps and an apple - well that's not too bad is it? This attitude and the just not knowing messed up my metobolism. I'd sometimes eat dinner at 10.30/11pm thinking that was ok as I'd just finished work. Sureslim has educated me about the food I eat, the quantities, the variations and the times to eat, as well as foods/combinations to avoid. I've learnt that even healthy snacks are not good for you if eaten in between meals. The need for water and sleep, and the whole package of becoming a slimmer, leaner and healthier person. I now eat 3 meals a day which has had the knock on effect of making me more organised. I'm not only pleased with the weight loss but also the inches I've lost, the dress sizes I've dropped, and that I have more energy, feel brighter and happier. My husband and son are very proud and I can run around more now.
I have recommended Sureslim to friends, why wouldn't I? My very first ever diet and what a success. Thanks Sureslim, 3 stone 12 lbs and over 28 inches lost.If I can do it and I'm vegetarian then anyone can, what are you waiting for? NOTE: Had to track down a BEFORE photo as only Mum's keep one's like these! and the NOW photo was taken at 2am in the morning after a 9 hour shift charity fundraising - not bad for an almost 44 year old!
